  I'm Chloe, the founder of Esc8pe. My journey into holistic health and wellness began with a profound spiritual awakening in 2010. Since then, I've been driven by a deep passion to help individuals find balance and healing in all aspects of their lives.

During my undergraduate studies, while working on a thesis project, the seed of Esc8pe was planted. I envisioned a sanctuary where people could escape from the challenges they face – be it addiction, abuse, or personal struggles – and embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal.

The name "esc8pe" embodies this vision, reflecting the universal desire to break free from whatever holds us back. The inclusion of the number holds profound significance, beyond resembling the infinity symbol, it signifies the perpetual quest to "esc8pe" those hindrances indefinitely. Numerologically, the number 8 represents abundance, balance, and achievement. By embracing the energy of the number 8, Esc8pe seeks to foster a harmonious and prosperous journey toward holistic wellness. 

My exploration into holistic practices such as meditation, acupuncture, reiki, and crystal healing has been both enlightening and transformative.
